Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LeadRecover ("we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our lead-recovery platform (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
Account information. Your name, email address, and business name. If you sign up with email and password, we store a securely hashed password — never the password itself. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address, and profile image from Google.
Lead and customer data you upload. Contact details, deal values, notes, communications, and recovery activity you add about your own leads and customers. You are the controller of this data; we process it on your behalf to provide the Service.
Usage and technical data. Basic information such as pages visited, actions taken, device/browser type, and approximate location, used to operate, secure, and improve the Service.
2. How we use information
We use information to provide and operate the Service (including lead intelligence, recovery workflows, and analytics), to authenticate users, to process subscriptions, to send service and account notifications, to prevent abuse and fraud, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Cookies and sessions
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to protect your session. These cookies are required for the Service to function. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
4. Third-party services
We rely on trusted providers to operate the Service, including: Google (sign-in), Whop (subscription billing and payments), and cloud hosting/provisioning providers (application hosting, database, and content delivery). These providers process data only as needed to deliver their services to us.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and business data while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymise the associated data as described in the "Account and data deletion" section below, except where we are required to retain records for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
6. How we protect your data
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled databases. Passwords are hashed with a strong one-way algorithm, authentication is enforced on the server, and access to records is restricted to the owning account.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. You can manage much of this directly in the Service, or contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Account and data deletion
You can delete your account at any time from Settings. Deleting your account removes your login, your business workspace, and the leads, follow-ups, and communications associated with it. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
9. Children and age requirement
The Service is intended for business use and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
10. International transfers
Your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place for such transfers.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
